  • Upload your photo and place your order.
  • We’ll turn your image into a digital design and send you a proof for approval.
  • Once you approve it, we’ll start crafting your custom rug.

How long will delivery take?
🎨 Artwork: We’ll send your proof by email within 1 business day (don’t forget to check your spam folder).
Non-custom products don’t require artwork approval.
🧵 Production: 3–7 business days, depending on order volume.
✈️ Shipping: 7–14 days, depending on your location. For more details, please see our [Shipping Policy].
What surface, backing, and glue are used?
Our custom pet tufted rugs are made with acrylic, secured using non-toxic, water-based latex glue, and finished with a non-slip backing. 
Are the rugs handmade?
Yes, each rug is fully handmade by our artist.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its progress.
UK: 6–10 days
US & Canada: 8–12 days
Australia: 10–14 days
Other countries: 7–14 days

Returns & Refunds

Custom Products:

  • You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at contact@pawbel.com.
  • If your artwork has not yet been started, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • If the artwork has already been created, a $20 hand-drawn artwork fee will be deducted to compensate our artist for their time and effort.
  • Since each item is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted after production unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-Custom Products:

  • Non-custom items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
