Refund policy

Custom Products:

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at contact@pawbel.com.

If your artwork has not yet been started, you’ll receive a full refund.

If the artwork has already been created, a $20 hand-drawn artwork fee will be deducted to compensate our artist for their time and effort.

Since each item is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted after production unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
