Artwork Production: Each portrait is carefully hand-painted, and due to the current high volume of orders, it now takes about 2-3 weeks to complete your artwork before shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its progress.

Returns & Refunds

Custom Products:

  • You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at contact@pawbel.com.
  • If your artwork has not yet been started, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • If the artwork has already been created, a $20 hand-drawn artwork fee will be deducted to compensate our artist for their time and effort.
  • Since each item is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted after production unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-Custom Products:

  • Non-custom items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
