How It Works
- Upload your pet’s photo and place your order.
- We’ll create a digital design of your pet and send you a proof for approval.
- Once approved, we’ll begin the tufting process to craft your custom rug.
How long will delivery take?
🎨 Artwork: Sent to your email within 3 business days (please check your spam folder just in case).
🧵 Production: 3–7 business days, depending on order volume.

What surface, backing, and glue are used?
Our custom pet tufted rugs are made with acrylic, secured using non-toxic, water-based latex glue, and finished with a non-slip backing.
Are the rugs handmade?
Yes, each rug is fully handmade by our artist, giving every pet parent a one-of-a-kind piece.
Can I hang the rug on the wall?
Absolutely! You can hang it with command strips, Velcro, a rod, or by framing it—just make sure the method supports the rug’s weight.
How do I clean the rug if my pet makes a mess?
Blot spills immediately, vacuum regularly (without a beater brush), and rotate occasionally. For deeper cleaning, professional rug cleaning is recommended.
How can I change my shipping address?
Email us at contact@pawbel.com within 24 hours of ordering. After that, we may not be able to adjust your address depending on order status.

For custom products: After you receive the artwork proof, we’ll happily make minor adjustments until you’re satisfied. Please note that major revisions or photo replacements will incur an additional $20 to fairly compensate our artist’s time and effort.

Custom Products:
- You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at contact@pawbel.com.
- If your artwork has not yet been started, you’ll receive a full refund.
- If the artwork has already been created, a $20 hand-drawn artwork fee will be deducted to compensate our artist for their time and effort.
- Since each item is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted after production unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Non-Custom Products:
- Non-custom items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
