Size Guide

How long will delivery take?

🎨 Design: Sent to your email within 24 hours (please check your spam folder just in case).
🧵 Production: 1–3 business days, depending on order volume.
✈️ Shipping: 7–14 days, depending on the destination country. Shipping policy

Returns & Refunds

Custom Products:

  • You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at contact@pawbel.com.
  • If your artwork has not yet been started, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • If the artwork has already been created, a $20 hand-drawn artwork fee will be deducted to compensate our artist for their time and effort.
  • Since each item is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted after production unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-Custom Products:

  • Non-custom items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Yes! If you upload a photo showing both (or more) pets clearly, we can design a combined layout.

Can I see the pet portrait before printing?

Yes, we will send you a digital proof for approval. You can request revisions until you're satisfied.

What materials are used?

Usually a soft fabric blend (e.g. polyester or velvet) with durable printing

Is the pillow cover washable?

Yes, in most cases. You should remove filling (if detachable) and wash the cover gently (cold wash, air dry).

Why does the “size” refer to the longest side?

Because the pillow is often shaped (non-rectangular), size specs use the longest dimension to avoid confusion.
