Product Details
Each sculpture is handmade using high-quality polymer clay, making it durable and long-lasting. Every piece is carefully painted by hand with non-toxic acrylic paints to achieve realistic colors, textures, and markings. The sculpture is fully customized based on your pet’s photos, ensuring a truly personal result. All materials used are safe, non-toxic, and pet-friendly.
How It Works
After you place your order and provide your pet’s photos, we begin hand-sculpting your custom piece. Once the sculpture is completed, we will send you photos for your confirmation. Only after you approve the final result will we proceed with shipping, ensuring you are completely satisfied before it’s sent.
Production Time
Since each sculpture is made by hand, orders are completed in sequence. The queue time is approximately 2–3 weeks, followed by around 1 week of crafting time for your sculpture. This careful process allows us to deliver a high-quality, lifelike keepsake that’s truly worth the wait.

Returns & Refunds

Custom Products:
- You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at contact@pawbel.com.
- If your artwork has not yet been started, you’ll receive a full refund.
- If the artwork has already been created, a $20 hand-drawn artwork fee will be deducted to compensate our artist for their time and effort.
- Since each item is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted after production unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Non-Custom Products:
- Non-custom items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
