• Avoid Excess Moisture: While finished with a water-resistant coating, genuine leather should not be submerged in water or exposed to heavy rain.
• Avoid Extreme Heat: Keep your keychain away from prolonged direct sunlight and high temperatures to prevent the leather from drying out or fading.
• Handle the Vial Gently: The miniature keepsake star is made of real glass. Please handle it with care to avoid accidental crushing or breakage against hard surfaces.
• Clean Gently: If your keychain gets dusty or smudged, simply wipe it with a soft, dry, or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, soaps, or leather conditioners on the painted surface.

Custom Products:

Because every item is a custom-handcrafted piece, our cancellation and return policy is strictly based on the production status of your order:

• Full Refund (Within 24 Hours): You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please email us directly at contact@pawbel.com.
• 50% Cancellation Fee (After 24 Hours): If you request a cancellation after 24 hours but before the production of your item is complete, a 50% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the materials and artisan labor already invested.
• No Returns or Exchanges (Production Completed): Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the crafting process is finished.
  

Non-Custom Products:

• Non-custom items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  
• Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  
• Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
