Comment ça marche
- Téléchargez votre photo et passez votre commande – Envoyez-nous une photo nette.
- Examiner et approuver l'œuvre d'art – Nous vous fournirons une épreuve numérique pour approbation.
- Production et livraison – Une fois votre demande approuvée, nous créerons et vous expédierons votre portrait personnalisé.
Combien de temps prendra la livraison ?
🎨 Œuvre d'art : Envoyée à votre adresse e-mail dans un délai de 2 jours ouvrables (veuillez vérifier votre dossier de courriers indésirables au cas où).
🧵 Production : 2 à 4 jours ouvrables , selon le volume des commandes.

Custom Products:
- You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at contact@pawbel.com.
- If your artwork has not yet been started, you’ll receive a full refund.
- If the artwork has already been created, a $20 hand-drawn artwork fee will be deducted to compensate our artist for their time and effort.
- Since each item is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted after production unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Non-Custom Products:
- Non-custom items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
If Shipping Protection is not selected, we will still assist you in contacting the carrier. However, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after shipment.
