Frequently Asked Questions

Can I see a preview of the embroidery before production?

Yes, artwork is usually sent to you within 3 days for confirmation before we start embroidery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Can I include multiple pets in one design?

Absolutely! For hats, we can embroider up to 2 pets. For sweatshirts, we can include up to 5 pets. Each additional pet is $15. If you’d like more than 5 pets, please contact us directly to discuss a custom order.

If I have more than one pet how do I tell you which one is which?

When placing your order, please include a note describing each pet’s name along with their characteristics. Once we send you the artwork, you’ll be able to confirm everything.

Do you accept custom design requests that are not pets?
